A scout with 15-21 badges.  In order to turn into obtain 3rd level you need to complete at least two "first levels" in two or more of the Core Badges, this counts as part of your 15-21 badges to earn.  The same expectations for 1st and 2nd apply to sprouts and all troops members.

A scout with 3-7 badges.  They are expected to attend as many troop meetings and events as possible, follow the rules, and treat others with kindness and respect.

Has 8-14 badges.  In order to grow to 2nd level, you must complete one or more levels in a Core Badge as part of your 8-14 badges earned.  You are also are still expected to attend troop meetings and events and continue to follow rules, and treat others with kindness and respect.

A scout with 29-35 badges. You should be working towards completing at least one "third level" of a Core Badge. 5th level scouts are expected to attend as many troop meetings and events as possible, assist 1st and 2nd level scouts with questions, and set a prime example for the behavior of the troop!

A 4th level scout has 22-28 badges.  You must complete one or more "second levels" in the Core Badges as part of your 22-28 badges earned. 4th level scouts are expected to attend as many troop meetings and events as possible, and assist 1st, 2nd, 3rd level scouts and Troop Leaders where they are able to.

You now have 36-42 badges.  You have accomplished so much and have been a prime example of a Scout.  We are hoping you have grown and learned more about yourself, others and the community.  6th level scouts are expected to attend as many meetings and events as possible and continue to be a great example for others.
